Our portfolio is the experience derived from many live events, exhibitions, theatre, concerts and other assorted projects. The scale of work has varied enormously from a reception for a hundred people to a large state event with over a million people attending including full broadcast facilities.

David Mayo graduated  from The Central School of Speech and Drama and Isobel Hatton from The Guildhall School of Music and Drama  – both in Stage Management. Izzy’s background covers opera, West End productions, TV Producer for primetime entertainment shows and large scale state/ceremonial event management. David’s background covers opera, theatre production, theatre marketing and merchandising at Dewynters, large scale event management and technical production at Unusual. 

Our portfolio in a wide variety of roles includes: English National Opera, Scottish Opera, Glyndebourne Opera, Cameron Mackintosh Ltd., Cats, Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon, Chess, The Old Fire Station Oxford, Apollo Leisure, Granada TV: Blind Date, Surprise Surprise, Barrymore, Royal Variety Performances, The Queens Golden Jubilee, The 60th Anniversary Commemoration of WWII on Horse Guard Parade, The Visit of the Sultan and the Elephant in London, The Spider in Liverpool, The Windsor Castle Royal Tattoo, The Diamond Jubilee Pageant and The Armed Forces Muster in 2012.

We started The Event Kit in 2013 and have provided services for a variety of events amongst which are: Royal Windsor Horse Show, Dubai Air Show, An Evening with Aggers and Boycott, London International Horse Show, ABTT Theatre Show, Farnborough International Air Show, London Build Awards at the O2, Cousins Entertainment: Ice Rink at The Tower of London, Winchester Cathedral Ice Rink and Christmas Market.

Since Covid, The Event Kit has provided a wide range of business support services for Power Logistics Ltd. In addition, we have provided event management services for private events and functions.
